Policy and notes
Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
25% of the payment is required 28 days before arrival.
The remaining amount is to be paid 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €308 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 3 days after departure
Notes
Our direct booking rates are always lower than what we list our place for on Airbnb, Stayz, etc. We can do this as we don't need to pay these platforms significant commissions. We pass these savings on to you.
